| This is easy to put on; you just hang the hooks on each side over the bar that holds your toilet paper. It doesn't matter which way you hang the toilet paper roll (if it comes off the roll from the top or bottom). The spring is strong enough to keep little fingers out, but soft enough that reasonably-coordinated big people can still get at the toilet paper with one hand (if you're one of those unlucky people whose toilet paper dispenses on one side or on the back wall). |
