Just installed these straps to hold down my LCD TV which sits on top of a cabinet about 3 feet above the floor. The straps are very strong and I cannot even shake the TV. The only negative thing about this product is that the straps are only 8" long and they are just enough to for our TV because the bottom part of our TV is not flush with the surface. I wish the straps were a little longer and let customers to cut them if they are too long.
