Cabinet Locks: Magnetic Tot Lok Starter Set

One of the best child safety cabinet latches on the market. The Tot Lok keeps cabinets locked tight and prevents pinched fingers. It works on almost any type of cabinet or drawer from 1/2" to 1 9/16" thick. It operates by magnetic force, simply place the magnetic handle near the latch location and the latch will open. Tot Lok can be temporarily disengaged with a special switch. Nothing visible on outside of cabinet.

I wanted to let you know how much I love these locks. As a licensed childcare provider I am required to have magnectic safety locks on drawers and cabinets. I have tried another brand that worked poorly. A friend told me about the tot locks. They work great!

After we installed the lock, the magnet didn't seem to be able to get through our cabinets - not sure if it's because our cabinets are hardwood, but we tested it with drawers that were made of thinner material and it seemed to work. We ended up returning all the ones we bought. And, they were a pain to install.
