Great product! Has kept my 3 year old son escape artist in. Give me piece of mind knowing that he can't get out. Durable enough, and simple enough.

My 22mos old daughter would not stop slamming her sliding closet doors when she was laying down for a nap. I bought this product and its awesome. She tried opening the doors once and now she doesnt even mess with them. I recommend this product to everyone I talk to!

Love this lock!! It is surprisingly very strong considering it is an adhesive mechanism. My 3 year old loves to open the door and go outside. We have a pool and this is an extra sense of security for us. Love it! Love it! Love it!

This product helps keep my two children (ages 2.5 & 1.5 years) out of not only my sliding balcony door, but also my sliding shower doors. I now will buy them for all the closet doors.

MUST HAVE THIS IF YOU HAVE KIDS!!

This is by far the greatest little device ever! We live on the 3rd floor with a 2 1/2yr old who loves to wake up early and go out on the balcony. No broomstick could keep him in because he would just climb up on a chair and pull it down. I was concerned about the thickness but it fits perfect at only 3/8". The adhesive is super strong and my 2 1/2 yr old has been pulling for days to get the door open. I love this product!!

We love this lock. It was just what we needed to keep our baby from getting into the sliding glass doors on our entertainment center. You can hardly notice it too. It was easy to install (like 2 minutes) and not a pain to unlock when we need to get in there.

Love this item. Works like a charm for the kids in my daycare. Espcially great when a child is in trouble and can't go outside. I don't have to stand at the door anymore! I wouldn't just use it for burglars though.

I bought these as my 3 year old has learned to open our sliding glass door and gows out every chance he gets. I tried putting a wooden handel in the track, but he figured that out in no time. These are GREAT!!! I put 1 up high and 1 down low he has not e3ven tried to mess with them, but the 1 up high he could never reach. These are perfect! Out door is very heavy and have been in use for a month now and there is no sign of them coming off.

I had no idea there was a way to lock a sliding closet door, so when I saw this product I was very excited. I ordered it not knowing exactly what to expect, but was VERY happy with the product. It works great, and is not too noticable on the door. I would definitely order this item again!

This product is a god send. Our 2 year old son's new knickname is Houdini. We needed somethign to keep him in the house without sneaking out while our back is turned. They are stonge and simple to use and a perfect solution. This is a must have product.

Glad I finally found this product. It's easy to apply to the slider, has stayed on for 3 weeks, and shows no signs of coming off. The directions recommend that you install one at the top and another at the bottom. However, I only installed one at the top of each slider so that my kids don't lock the bottom one by accident (and end up locking someone out). Even with one it still works great!

We purchased 2 of the Sliding Door Flip Locks made by Mag Security, and were very happy with them! They installed on our sliding glass doors very easily, just peel and press. I was initially worried that they would just fall off when trying to open the door when in the locked position, but I was pleasently surprised that they held very well! We even had a friend's 3 year-old try and pull as hard as she could, and the lock stayed in place perfectly! The only concern is the depth when in the unlocked position. You need to make sure you have about the 3/8" gap recommended by the manufacturer. One of our doors was somewhat narrow, so you can hear the weatherstripping slide over the lock, but there's is no problem opening the door. A great product to childproof your sliding glass doors, windows, or any other sliding door!
