Cares Seatbelt

I have owned this product for almost two years and have used it numerous times on both international and domestic flights. As a commercial airline pilot I hate the idea of no restraint, except a parents hands, holding childeren for takeoff and landing. This seatbelt addresses all my concerns. I will always use it with my own children and have done so since they were just under one year old. It was a bit loose for a ten month old and they do recommend the child be one to use this product, but I never had any problem adjusting it. It cannot be used on foreign carriers or domestically overseas, but is fantastic on American aircraft. No crew have ever given me any problems with using it and people around me have always been curious enough to enquire about this unusual seatbelt. I would highly recommend to anyone who travels by air.

This was great for my 11 month old son. He weighs 22 pounds and a few ounces and it was a little difficult to keep him from sliding down because it was not a tight fit on him, but it definitely helped keep him from squirming around too much. He even took naps in it! One flight attendant wouldn't let me use it, so on the return trip I had the information from the airline printed up to show that it was approved. But nobody challenged it that time! I know we will use this again - it was VERY easy to carry, install and breakdown (I was traveling alone with my son). It's pricey, but you could get one and share it among friends! Just GET ONE!
