Seems to be supportive. In order to install, You must screw into the furniture and walls. Too bad there aren't more products on the market like this. Iwent to 3 stores before I finally found it in stock. |

Unfortunately, it's only designed for holding up wooden furniture. We have two sets of wire/metal shelving (a baker's rack and an etagere over the toilet) that we have to jimmy-rig to make use of this strap. |
