The Stairway Special Gate for Outdoors is a maximum safety gate for outdoor locations such as a stairway,deck or porch. Latch system baffles children yet allows one-hand operation for adults. Stop bracket prevents opening over a stairway for safety. Will mount at angles up to 30 degrees allowing location at a stud. All Aluminum construction, lighter weight than steel, rustproof for outdoor applications. Fits openings 27" to 42 1/2" wide. Available in White, Black, and Brown. Stainless steel mounting hardware included.

- Optional BX2, 21 3/4" extension available for openings 42 1/2" to 64".
Note: Wood screws are provided with all wall-mounted gates for presumed installation into wood framework. Special surfaces such as brick, concrete, drywall or plaster will require different fasteners to achieve a secure installation.
