This gate is extremely well built. Our 9 mth old is already shaking it (i.e. testing) - trying to bust out:) When you have active, curious babies it pays to buy the most durable gates to keep them safe.

Gate is easy to install. Angle mounting is perfect for finding studs. We bought two and put them at the top and bottom of stairs. I thought living with gates was going to be a hassle, but these are really easy to operate and haven't been annoying. And more importantly, they are sturdy and great at doing their job. Our 14-month old daughter stands at the gates and puts all her weight against them and there is now way they are budging (especially with both sides in the studs).
