We will accept unused items returned in their original condition and packaging within 45 days of purchase. We will give a full refund minus original shipping charges. Return Authorization not needed. SAFETY GATES and Gate Extensions must be packaged in the original carton with all the original parts, and packing materials to receive a refund. Loose parts put in a gate box will cause damage to the gate finish and will make the gate non-returnable.
Returns must be accompanied by your name, address, telephone number, and packing slip or invoice number.

Please make sure that the package is securely wrapped. Send package back via USPS, UPS, or similar service. Return costs are the customer's responsibility. Contact us with any questions.
We will make exchanges for products that were ordered in error. Please give us a call at 877-228-4501 with your Invoice number and we will make the arrangements. You will ship the item back to us and we will send you the correct item. Additional shipping charges may apply.
We stand behind our products and will replace any defective products at no charge to the customer. We will contact the product manufacturer who may replace the defective product directly or may ask you to call them. Please give us a call to discuss, we may be able to troubleshoot problems with your product.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal, as payment options. All transactions are secured with encryption by a 128-bit Secure Socket Layer(SSL). This SSL enables secure internet transactions. Order online with confidence.

We accept Purchase Orders from agencies not setup for credit card purchases. Simply fax your order to us at 707-581-1716 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your billing and shipping addresses, purchase order number, and list of items desired.
Our fulfillment warehouse is located in Santa Rosa, California. Approximate U.S. delivery times in business days via UPS Ground are noted in the chart below. We normally ship all of our orders within 1 business day of your order.
We use UPS and/or the U.S. Postal Service for all of our shipments. Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout based on your order total and shipping preference. We will email you a shipment tracking number upon our shipment of your order.
We offer many delivery options. First Class Mail is 2-6 Day service delivered by the USPS. Priority Mail is a 2-3 Day service delivered by the USPS. Standard Delivery is UPS Ground delivered within 3-7 business days of shipment. 2 Day Delivery is UPS 2nd Day Air delivered by the end of the second business day. Overnight Delivery is UPS Next Day Air Saver delivered by 3pm of the next business day. There is no weekend service for our Second or Next Day delivery options. Orders received late on a Friday or during the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.
We strive to be fully stocked with all the items we sell, but sometimes are caught short of demand. We will notify you via email if any of the items you ordered are on backorder. The wait will usually only be a few days as we monitor inventory levels regularly.
Some of our items may drop ship directly from the manufacturer. The manufacturer will determine the shipping carrier for these products. Your order may be split between KidSafe and a manufacturer. Shipping times from manufacturers may vary.
P.O. Box & APO/FPO Shipping
All orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service when possible.
We can process and ship international shipments. We use the U.S. Postal Service when possible because their duties and fess are lower than UPS. Recipients are responsible for paying all the duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon receipt of the package. KidSafe is not able to provide you with these additional costs up front.
8.75% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to California.
Incorrect Shipping Information/ Refused Orders
If a package is returned to KidSafe due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer or is refused, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
Once you place an order our system begins processing. Should you need to cancel or change your order for any reason, please call us at 877-228-4501 and request your change. We will make every attempt to alter or stop the order from being shipped. Once the order is in transit we will be unable to cancel or make any changes to the order. Please note that KidSafe can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
